• The Foyer Handicap Association was founded in 1969 by Annette Kaplum in Geneva, Switzerland. In particular, the non-profit association is responsible for the management of homes for people with disabiulities. In september 1996, the Swiss association hosted the Hermes Autumn Parade in the presence of Jean-Louis Dumas, Chairman of Hermes.
