• Founded in 1611, Matsuzakaya is a department store, born from a small kimono and fine goods factory located in Nagoya, Japan. The first branch, established in 1768 in Ueno, a popular district of Tokyo, has remained in the same location ever since. It is one of the oldest department stores in Japan and one of the largest multi-branch distribution companies.
