Dry Cleaning
- A small circle indicates the item must be dry cleaned.
- Letters inside the circle indicate to the dry cleaner the chemicals to be used.

- For example, the P in a Circle indicates Dry Clean Any Solvent Except Trichloroethylene
- An F indicates Dry Clean Petroleum Only

- The more bars under the circle indicate the level of precaution to be taken. A Single Bar is Delicate. A Double Bar is Very Delicate.
- An X over the circle indicates the item should not be dry cleaned.
Ironing
- The dots on the iron symbol suggest the temperature of heat that can be applied.

Washing
