Imagery

There is a world where husbands and wives are amorous, where doves grace azure sides, where ladies caress harps from which issues a torrent of honey; a world where warriors return from the wars and where maidens walk small dogs. It is that of imagery. Is it untruthful? Happiness is surely a tenable hypothesis and we should offer thanks to popular ingenuousness when it presents us with life from this gentle angle.
