Saumur Riding School

An equerry of the famous military riding school in Saumur demonstrates especially for us in thirteen images the fact that a horse can understand and do anything, as long as one knows how to ask it of him. A pirouette at a gallop, the 'croupade", "courbette" and "passage": ultimate expressions of a true art form. In the lower left, the rider salutes us. It's we who should be raising our hats to him, for his style is astonishing.
