Light and Shadows

This morning, light is combined by the mature forests, glazing those patches of shadow which are evidence of the sun. in the silent dawn, the hunting party and the dogs have met up to hunt. Which animal is up for the chase/ rather than the fox, who is busy right now watching out for the farmyard to rouse itself, the prey of this brilliant company might just be that pale gold, screened by the trees. We rather hope so, anyway.
