Year 2010 - Design Daniel Buren

• Daniel Buren is a French artist, painter and sculptor. For his project, he selected 22 "unpretentious" photos taken during his travels to be framed in 2 to 4 frames per photo with 18 possibilities of framing made of coloured strips, created by the artist. From this idea, 365 unique scarves were created. For technical reasons, the printing of the photographs on silk was done using the inkjet technique instead of the traditional flat-frame printing technique.
