Year 1998 - Limited edition for the beginning of the construction of the Ginza-Tokyo building by architect Renzo Piano.
- The Ginza-Tokyo Scarf 1998 commemorates and marks the beginning of the construction Hermes Glass Tower in Ginza, Tokyo, Japan, and in particular of the decorative structure that overshadowed the construction site until the opening of the shop in 2001. The camouflage of the construction site, with its 800 sq meters of tarpaulins printed with giant orange boxes surrounded by bolduc, was entrusted to the artist Susumu Shingu.
