A trip through Africa, Asia and Oceania takes shape in this ring of ethnic bracelets. Annie Faivre is inspired by jewellery, primarily from her personal collection. The chosen models for this composition are in ivory, feathers, pearls, engraved seashells, jewel-encrusted wood, raffia, warthog tooth and silver. A child's bracelet comes from the Ivory Coast, a thick cuff of pearls with geometric motifs from Papua New Guinea, another, in coconut fibres, from the Solomon Islands ... Each of them tells a story of a people, of their tastes, their beliefs, their customs.
