AKA >> Scrubland Paths
Carre Hermes Paris > Spring-Summer 2006
Come down to earth, and what earth! That of the scrubland, tanned like a hide, blistered by the sun and yet gorged with life. Here a lizard slides between two stones; there leaps a grasshopper. In the distance a hare bolts. And arching over all, the sky, an antique blue. This habitat, hardened like a warrior, is both a lesson in life and a springboard for the soul. It’s a setting where paths wind their way towards a certain fullness, and thus to good humour.
