Hermes.com > The Story Behind
This could be a scarf found at the bottom of a trunk or the beautiful remains of an ancient mosaic buried in the dust, evoking the former opulence of an imaginary palace. The center reveals a 19th century design by Alfred de Dreux, which was beloved by Émile Maurice Hermès, while carriages from the same period can be seen all around. You could then imagine a historian amplifying their research in order to identify and list each element, piece by piece, until the final revelation... it is indeed the work of Hugo Grygkar!
