Hellenic flowers

The land of Greece has been astonishing for centuries in its ability to produce such lasting marvels as democracy, philosophy, Homer and the Apollo of Belvedere. Each spring the ground there is covered with blossoms; the peony, "queen of the flowers", competes with the campanula of the mountains, the curative hellebore, the clematis and so many others. Let us kneel down to kiss this soil that is so generous with its spiritual treasures and its visual beauty.
