Hermes Histoires De Carres - 2015 (As translated from Mandarin Chinese)
Winter Garden
This lush composition design is reminiscent of the Garden of Eden. Annie Faivre's design was inspired by by flower and plant pattern tapestries that were not popular in Europe and the Middle Ages. There are legendary gardens on this square scarf, and the vegetation is lush and attracts people to wonder around. The Babylonian Hanging Garden, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, overlooks a medieval labyrinth.
The trees that make up the maze are trimmed out. On the one hand is the extremely gorgeous example of Islamic art. The Alhambra Garden in Granada hides the Heian Shrine Garden in Kyoto, and on the other hand, the Mughal-style garden of the Taj Mahal sets off the Saint Laurent Garden in Marakech (the latter is built by Marorele, a painter and collector).
