• Piaget is a Swiss watch and jewelry manufacturer founded in 1874 by G-E Piaget (1882-1966). In 1911, upon the death of his father, Timothee Piaget took over the management of the watchmaking company. In1943, the family business launched the Piaget brand and marketed the first watches of the same name. The company, which is still based in Switzerland, has continued to grow and expand by opening boutiques in many countries.
