The illustrator Florence Manlik plays here with Hermes' equestrian heritage. Bits, riding whips and curb chains move with great precision in a circuit seemingly without beginning or end. Rigour and organisation structure this composition where straight lines and curves change pace, slow down and speed up in an infinite multiplication of forms. Parcours sans faute pays tribute to the equestrian trails of which riders and horses know each centimetre like the back of their hands and hooves. The prize? The rosette of a well-earned victory!
