Histoires de Carres > Printemps-Ete 2012
Here Robinson Crusoe was undoubtedly a poet, a deeply aesthetic poet, but did he know how to forget time? Or, rather, to "take hold" of it, abandoning watches, clocks and calendars? Was he able to let himself be overtaken by a contemplation of nature, learning to delve into it to the point of realising that he and it were one? On deserted islands nothing disturbs nature that didn't originate in it. Seven or eight branches, a bit of string and a few pieces of cloth and a sail is made. It's a strange sail of course, but so chic! Mosaique au 24, Ex-Libris en camouflage, Collection equestre, Hermes sellier...what beautiful silk to protect you from the sun and lead you away!
