Hermes.com > The Story Behind
This scarf combines the designs "Tatersale" by Herni d'Origny and "Sangles en Zigzag" by Virginie Jamin, resulting in a striking graphic pattern. The former is named after Tattersalls – England's most prestigious equine auction house, founded in 1766. While the latter is inspired by an 1895 lithograph from the Emile Hermes collection that depicts different models of straps. A chic and modern reinterpretation of two iconic carres in a double-sided version.
