Hermes Histoires De Carres - 2015 (As translated from Mandarin Chinese)
Tigers are powerful.
When she was a student, Alice Shirley studied The Tyger, a poem written by William Black, a British poet and painter, in 1794.
The poem is very influential and left a deep impression on her young heart. The girl later became an illustrator and drew this painting full of tenderness. Under the starry night sky, a majestic and gentle tiger sat in a cluster of flowers. Alice regularly cooperates with the Natural History Museum in London, which contains a series of plant atlas commissioned by the East India Company. There, she found some plants in the Berial Tiger Reserve in India, and these atlas gave her endless inspiration to create this portrait of a tiger in nature.
