Ocean Voyage
Yesterday the seas were high and the winds blew, but this morning all has calmed and now the cries of birds answer the songs of the crew, in the rocking of the swell. A few dolphins accompany the sailing vessel: animals said to be the friend of man. This friendship is a mystery. Let us dream as upon a distant island, fixing our eyes on the churning wake, which streams out in a flourish along the ocean voyage.
